Mid-Coast Trolley Expansion Project

The Mid-Coast Corridor Transit Project adds 10.9 miles of double-tracked rail and nine new light-rail transit stations to the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) rail system (also known as the San Diego Trolley) to enable trolley service to Linda Vista, Claremont, the University of California–San Diego (UCSD) campus, and the University City area.

Pride provided contract administration services during installation of high-pressure carbon steel and low-pressure polyethylene pipeline replacements to clear access for the trolley corridor. Our Field Construction Advisors oversaw the contractors performing the work, providing progress reports to the client. Pride’s QA/QC Inspectors also provided inspection services for high-pressure gas line installation.
