Electrical Substation Construction Portfolio
This project involves construction of multiple substations throughout Southern California. Pride’s team supports a large portfolio of over 80 dynamic substation capital construction projects a year, while adhering to standard, recognizable, and repeatable construction processes. Pride works directly with the client’s construction teams to plan, execute, and close out all substation below-grade construction projects. Key areas of success include:
- Establishing communication and collaboration paths between the key groups adjacent to the construction teams.
- Establishing strong process and ensuring the execution of established process through consistent monitoring and reporting.
