Expedited Battery Storage
Combining a first-of-its-kind project for the client with an expedited, fast-track schedule, the project consisted of construction of two energy storage facilities—with 400,000 batteries in nearly 20,000 modules placed in 24 containers—to provide almost 40 megawatts of energy storage. Pride took the lead project management role, managing the project on behalf of the client from inception to completion including permitting, design, construction, and commissioning. We executed and delivered the project on time, with minimal operational impacts, in accordance with quality standards, within budget, and without incident. Pride also provided document control services that included managing and auditing all project documentation within the client’s document management system.
